Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wanora Technologies website (wanora.in) and any services you engage us to provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Wanora Technologies operates as an unregistered business based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and is not currently incorporated as a separate company (no CIN/LLPIN). References to “we”, “us”, or “Wanora Technologies” throughout this site refer to this business.
Our services
Wanora Technologies provides website development, web app development, e-commerce development, digital marketing, social media management, and product photography services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are agreed separately with each client, typically by email or a written proposal, before work begins.
Project engagements
- A project begins once both parties have agreed on scope, price, and timeline, and any required deposit has been received.
- Timelines depend on the scope agreed and on the client providing requested content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback can affect delivery dates.
- Any work outside the originally agreed scope will be discussed and may involve additional cost and time.
Payments
Pricing is agreed per project before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects typically require an upfront deposit with the balance due on completion or in milestones. Ongoing services (such as digital marketing or social media management) are billed on a recurring basis as agreed. Late payments may result in a pause of work until payment is received.
Intellectual property
- Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project (for example, your website's design and content), except for any third-party assets, libraries, stock content, or tools used under their own licenses.
- Wanora Technologies retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Any underlying frameworks, internal tools, or reusable code components developed by us remain our property and may be reused across other projects.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, assets, or access (such as hosting or domain credentials) required for us to complete the work. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wanora Technologies harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content, images, trademarks, or other material you provide to us for use in your project, or from your breach of these Terms or of any third-party rights.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work with reasonable skill and care, we make no warranties, express or implied, that our website or deliverables will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly agreed in your project scope.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular increase in traffic, leads, or sales), since these depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Wanora Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost profits or lost data) arising from the use of our website or services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant engagement in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice, as agreed in the project terms. Work completed and reasonable costs incurred up to the point of termination remain payable. Deposits for work not yet started may be refundable in part — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Third-party services
Our website and services may link to or rely on third-party tools and platforms (for example, hosting providers, payment gateways, or analytics services). We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services outside our control.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share with us about your business or project as confidential, and we will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the agreed services or as required by law. This obligation continues after a project ends.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet or power outages, or government action. The affected party will notify the other and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, we'll first try to resolve it directly and in good faith. If that doesn't work, either party may pursue the matter through the courts with jurisdiction as set out below.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
